(Annisa) 4 : 94

Oh you who believed! Whenever you start in the way of Lord Allah, you disclose; and you don’t tell anyone who offers peace to you as: "You are not a believer" seeking worldly gain. Then with Allah has many Bounties, you were just like them before, thus Lord Allah favored upon you, so you disclose, indeed Allah is acquainted with whatever you are doing.

During the time of Messenger, if a person from the enemy side greet with peace, the believer shouldn't kill him by stating that he is a disbeliever as explained in verse 9: 6. Instead, the believer should escort that enemy who sought refuge to a safe place.

As Adhikr is codified as the Best Interpretation of Lord's Book, the believer should be the proud representative of the Impartial Lord as explained in verse 3: 79. So he must disclose that he is a believer and a well-wisher for whole creatures through his activities and behavior. And he shouldn't have enmity towards other people belonging to Messenger's community except the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr and upon whom Lord’s wrath and curse have happened. The believer will not greet or wish the hypocrites. And if anyone from other people greets the believer, he will greet them back in a good manner as told in verse 4: 86. And he will say rude words to Fujjar that penetrates their inner hearts as explained in verse 4: 63. The believer will be compassionate between one another, kind towards the other people, and rude towards the Fujjar. The believer is commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr against the hypocrites and Kuffar as explained in verse 9: 73. The believer remembers the command of verse 4: 85 in every sector of his life. The difference between the hypocrite and believer is that believer discloses whatever in his heart whereas the hypocrite always hides something with a hidden agenda. The hypocrites will express belief with their mouths that is not in their hearts. See explanations 2: 234; 3: 102; 4: 49-50, and 9: 67-68.
